Organization of orientation program for the new students of the Faculty of Science

Orientation program for fresher students was organized under the aegis of "Internal Quality and Assurance Cell" (IQAC) on 14 November 2022 in the auditorium of SD College of Commerce, Muzaffarnagar. Principal Dr. Sachin Goel said that this type of program gives new students an opportunity to know about the college and comes to know about the academic and non-academic activities going on in the college. The program was inaugurated by the College Principal Dr. Sachin Goel, Dr. Saurabh Jain (IQAC Coordinator), Head of the Faculty of Science, Mrs. Ekta Mittal, Head of the Faculty of Humanities, and Mrs. Neetu Gupta, Head of the Faculty of Home Science, lighting the lamp in front of Maa Saraswati.

Inaugurating the program, Dr. Saurabh Jain, the Head of the Department of Science, first introduced all the lecturers to the students and called Dr. Monika Ruhela on the stage to explain the science curriculum in detail. Dr. Monika Ruhela provided detailed information about all the subjects covered under NEP in the science curriculum to all the students. After that Mrs. Monika Panwar Lecturer Department of Science how to make a career after doing science course. Discussed this topic in detail and guided the students.
